Common questions
What counts as a video?
Any file you upload and stamp with an Attestik attestation. Verification of existing stamped videos does not count against your limit.
Does verification require an account?
No. Anyone can verify an Attestik-stamped video at attestik.com/verify without logging in or paying anything.
Is the cryptography open?
Yes. The Attestik protocol uses standard Ed25519 signatures and COSE_Sign1 frames (RFC 9052). The wire format is fully documented and verifiable without our servers.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Data is never deleted on downgrade — only new stamps are gated by the lower limit.
What is the FRE 902(14) evidence export?
A cryptographically signed evidence package suitable for submission under Federal Rule of Evidence 902(14) (certified electronic records). Available on Pro and Enterprise.
